Tough losses today in fantasy football, that’s all I have to say.In Fanduel.com I place 63 out of 1,100 contestants, scoring 159 points and a chance to win $300, and other cash prices. I must say it’s pretty intense playing Fanduel. If you get your numbers right you can put down $5 and walk away with $1,700 nice piece of change, not bad for alittle research and to see who is going do well on sunday. If you played Jamaal Charles for K.C., Dez Bryant from Dallas, Reggie Bush from Miami, Aaron Rogers from Green Bay, the Chicago Defense, whom I almost started, Brees from New Orleans,Calvin Johnson from Detroit,White and Ryan from Atlanta, if you chose a combinations of those players you are probably living high on the hog about right now. Those players led the NFL in fantasy points this past weekend. I almost struck it alittle big, well looks like it’s back to the drawing board to see who might do well next weekend.Players to watch out for next weekend will probably be the same, Miami will be on the road, Bush will probably have a big day, and for the Pats, Welker,Riddley, and Brady will be home and do pretty well. I am sure Atlanta will sit its top athletes knowing they have home field advantage wrap up already but check with Rotowire or ESPN to get the latest news of who might be starting.Dallas will be playing Washington on the road so it looks like they are playing for bragging rights, looks like the Redskins have already won the division, so they will probably rest their players for the playoffs.A big division game will be between Houston and the Colts, the Texans have not loss a division game so even if they lose to the Colts they win the division because of the tie breaker. The Colts went 2 -14 last year and picked up Andrew Luck in the draft and are right back in the playoffs, funny how they might come across Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos.I am sure Manning is eager to play his old team in the playoffs. I am sure Houston wants to bounce back especially after a disappointing loss today to Minnesota at home 16 to 6,Texans running back Foster left the game during halftime with a illness. The offense player of the day would probably go to Dez Bryant of the Dallas Cowboys,Bryant had about 39 points today, but they lost the game to the New Orleans Saints 30 to 27, a field goal in overtime gave the Saints a victory.Drew Brees was on fire today as he threw for 3 touchdowns and 446 passing yards.
