In the first installment of “Under The Helmet,” senior WR Russell Shepard talks about his most memorable moment as a LSU Tiger.
If Russeell Shepard steps it up this year, oh my watch out LSU will be favor to win the BCS Title Game this year. Shepard is gonna return some kickoffs this year as well, so that will open up some better field advantage for the offense.
Inkstarzz.com catches up with LSU Wide Receiver Russell Shepard to discuss the upcoming season, who he thinks is LSU’s biggest rivalry and how he feels LSU has the talent to contend for the National Championship for years to come…

Wheaton Warrenville South Tiger Highlights from their game against Wheaton North Falcons in 2010 regular season.
Wheaton Warenville South Tigers has won the State Championship in Illinois for the last 2 out of 3 years, what a great feat. A amazing football program. Being new to the area in the suburbs of Chicago I was sitting in the Wheaton Basketball Gym tonight at a memorial for one of our elders from the Chicago Church of Christ,Jeff Balsom, who passed away sunday, because of a battle with cancer after 22 months, the doctors said at 1st he had only 8 weeks to live. What a awesome memorial service that we had. Well I am sure Wheaton expectations of another State Championship will be in the making. Go Tigers.
I was listing to Paul Finebaum yesterday on his talk show and Tim Brando came on as schedule. To listen to Finebaum and Brando talk about the latest sports is something to be witness. I f you don’t have XM Radio I am sure you can listen online. There are not alot of sports announcers who command attention like these two fellows. If you are inspired to go in to the Sports arena you would want to copy their techniques and get their knowledge down, and there is certain mannerisms that you must have to cover sports. Look anyone can cover College Football, but it’s good to know the sport and know what you are talking about. Theres alot of fans out there who root for their favorite teams but do not see the light at the end of the tunnel to see their team is not gonna do as expected. Alot of college football teams want to make it to a BCS Game but there are only 4 games with BCS Status. What I am saying in all this Finebaum and Brando are pioneers of College Football, they know what they are talking about, Dan Patrick is always in the same conversation, for sure. Basically there are only a handful of talk show host that know what they are talking about and should be listen to on a daily basis.I am not tooting my horn for these gentlemen but they are icons, lets not forget about Steven A Smith, Wilbon, Kornheiser, and Skip Bayless and the ESPN Crew, College Game Day, Kirk Herbstreet,Lee Corso, and Chris Fowler. If you are a up and coming journalist or sportswriter please submit a article, I will look it over and post it on the site, so you can get some coverage as well……
What’s more unusual than a team hitting back-to-back homers? How about one fan catching both of them. That’s what Caleb Lloyd did on Monday night at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.
A video I made for the Arizona Wildcats Baseball Team who went undefeated in the College World Series to beat 2 time defending champs South Carolina and now are National Champions.
Congrats to the Arizona Wildcats

Arizona won its fourth College World Series and NCAA baseball title with a gutty 4-1 victory over two-time defending champion South Carolina Monday night at TD Ameritrade Park.
Amazing that the wildcats swept South Carolina in the CWS Finals. The Wildcats are very jubliant as you can see in this video. Amazing pitching and hitting holding South Carolina to 2 runs in 2 games. Hats off to the Arizona Wildcats,College Baseball Champions of 2012.
The Wildcats had their final practice at TD Ameritrade Park in preparation to face South Carolina in the Championship Series. Former Stanford All-American and ESPN Analyst & Reporter Jessica Mendoza joined the team during batting practice. The shenanigans that ensued during the 7th inning stretch at the 2012 College World Series Game in Omaha,Ne. Arizona Wildcats vs. South Carolina Gamecocks. Lots of runners. June 25, 2012 Since this is my first You Tube upload ever I decided to mess around with it and add some music.
Talk about funny, and trying to get into the game and run around like the baseball players. I am amazed by these fans, they are gonna get caught and perhaps get put in jail. My advice, stay in your seats and let the players run around, or go to your local university and join a team and then you can run around on the field. Good job security for rounding up those lulu birds.
Look I don’t have any problem with Tebow talking to the Media, its not like he is still at Florida quarterbacking for the Gators, so Bruschi you put a lid on it…..lol, telling Tebow to be quiet and stop talking, that’s like your teacher in high school saying go sit in a corner. Tebow is in the N.F.L, let him be in the N.F.L., let Tebow be Tebow, he markets the NFL. Sanchez is a professional so he can handle Tebow talking in the Media, please, let him be, and like Skip says let him play, put him in the game……
Arizona pitching has shut down the Gamecocks, and the Wildcats bats racked up 5 runs, and 12 hits.Refsnyder,Field each had 2 hits, and score 2 runs a piece, and Moore added 3 hits as well for the Wildcats.Well,if anyone doesnt know to much about the PAC 12,they know about the Arizona Wildcats now.The Gamecocks will need to win the next 2 games to repeat,if not we will have a new CWS Champion…….Arizona Wildcats.Forrest Koumas recorded the loss as he gave up 3 runs, 4 hits, and he had 3 strikeouts, the winning pitcher was Konner Wade as he threw a complete game with 1 run,and 6 hits, and 3 strikeouts and recorded his 11th win.The next game is schedule tonight at 7pm central time on ESPN.
Today, the first game of the best-of-three, winner-take-all Championship Series will take place at TD Ameritrade Park,Omaha, Nebraska. The game will begin at 8:00 p.m. ET and will be shown on ESPN 2. Arizona will be the home team in Game 1.South Carolina had a tougher battle getting to the CWS Title by facing Florida, losing to Arkansas, knocking out Kent State and the Hogs to reach the finals. The toughest team that put up a fight against Arizona would of been Florida State, and they beat them 10 to 3. Tonights game will feature 2 teams with explosive offense and awesome pitching, so sit back in your seats, get your seeds ready, and the popcorn as we kick off the 1st game of the CWS Title Game.
South Carolina advances to the Championship Series against Arizona as they came back from a 2-0 defect against Arkansas and won 3 to 2.In the 5th inning the Gamecocks loaded the bases with 1 out, and pitcher DJ Baxendale walked in 2 runs.As I am listening to the game on XM Radio you kinda knew that the Razorbacks lost the game after that sequence.Surely enough in the 7th inning South Carolina scores another run for the deciding run.The Gamecocks only had 6 hits the entire game, but it was the 8 walks by the Razorbacks pitching staff that gave the game away.Matt Price got the win, also had 5 strikeouts, and 1 hit, and no walks.South Carolina Gamecocks off to the CWS Finals to play the Arizona Wildcats which the Wildcats haven’t even lost a game in the whole CWS Series.
A video made for the Arizona Wildcats Baseball Team going into the championship game of the College World Series.
