Good food, Heaven on Seven, downtown Chicago off Wabash st.

I was eating lunch at A Cajun Restaurant Downtown Chicago, named Heaven on Seven, I was wondering why its named that, perhaps the owner likes football, you know like scoring a touchdown, and you kick the extra point. What I learn of my experience today the Shrimp  Etouffee is gone by a certain time, like before 1pm, so if you are interested in getting a plate you better get in there and get a plate before it runs ou,in football terms from a Cajun Chef, that means the food must be pretty good. The Chefs who cooked there, have been cooking for Heaven on Seven for the last 23 years, and its a small quaint group who work together to make the restaurant of what it is today. Being a fellow Louisianaian, my hats off to the Heaven on Seven, on Wabash, Downtown Chicago. Keep on serving that good ole Cajun Food, and perhaps I will be in their to get my own plate of that good ole Shrimp  Etouffee. Theres plenty of hot sauces from Louisiana, and they serve some good ole Hospitality as well.
