Les Miles did not mention Alabama’s schedule, he did mention the west in the SEC, who do not play teams like LSU has in the past 10 years. Alabama once again has a very easy schedule this year playing Tennessee, Kentucky, Ole Miss at home,Auburn and Chattanooga Choo Choo …..seven cup cake teams, those are not power house games and playing a schedule like that even if undefeated compares to a Boise State run for the national title. I know I am stirring the pot, but I think Les Miles has already done that. I think if Alabama will contend for future championships they need to play more than Tennessee, Kentucky, Auburn and Chattanooga choo choo. I think what might favor LSU are two open dates that comes against two rivals in the SEC West, Alabama and Texas A&M, so that might play to LSU’s favor because they will have plenty of enough rest to get ready for two of the toughest games of the season, not to mention LSU plays Georgia and Miss State and Ole Miss on the road and Florida at home, actually we owe the gators at little pay back from last year….. and then Texas A&M comes to town before LSU travels to play Alabama and closes out with Arkansas at home.
