Suspense and Drama this week, as LSU beats Texas AM 19-7
Coach Miles is the hero of the day and LSU beats Texas AM 19-7 as he remains Coach of the LSU Tigers. The whole Les Miles Saga was on the loose this past week in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, but Coach Miles has handle the whole situation like a gentleman and a professional person. Coach Miles went throughout the whole week not knowing if he would still be the head coach at LSU. I remember sitting in the Les Miles luncheon last monday afternoon and you could here a pen drop when Coach Miles walked into the room. The thing is LSU won satuday in complete fashion as they beat Texas AM 19-7 and it was not pretty for the AM team. I Uber on the side, and I drove some fans from Lawerence,Kansas to the airport who were sitting up in the 600 level, they witness the Texas AM fans throwing popcorn at the LSU Fans late in the forth quarter I guess they were just alittle upset of the outcome of the game. That was not the only thing fans were throwing, after LSU scored a few times the students kept throwing yellow towels that were rolled up in a ball, and one hit me right on the side of the head about 40 feet up in the stands.
Leonard Fournette ran for 159 yards and a touchdown. He finished the game owning LSU’s single-season rushing record at 1,741 yards, surpassing the mark of 1,686 yards set by Charles Alexander in 1977. Darius Guice had a big night as well 10 carries 73 yards and 1 td, and a 50 yard scamper, and returning kickoffs he had 2 kickoffs for 97 yards, and a 75 yard scamper as well. Guice is a true freshman and will make a big impact in the bowl game and the next up and coming years at LSU. QB Brandon Harris is coming along but needs to bring his passes down, and make some touch passes to the wideouts, and made a good throw to Fournette to lead him down field. If LSU does that in the bowl game and next year with Fournette paired with the running game, they can be very dominant.
Fournette said ,”These last three weeks will help this team grow and help us grow in life. I can say this has been one of the longest three weeks in my life. It was hard for everybody, referring to the speculation of Coach Miles. LSU players didn’t find out until word began circulating about Alleva’s announcement. Tigers senior right tackle Vadal Alexander said he found out when he got a text from his parents and just smiled.
Shaquille O’Neal even showed up for the LSU vs AM game hanging out on the sidelines rooting for Coach Miles, I even got a selfie with Superman and had a few conversations, it was a funtime on the sidelines for sure. Everyone in their mom wanted to take a pic with Shaq, they were coming from everywhere….lol. Shaq stood there and watch the game and look like he was having a great time.
Well, as of right now Coach Miles is preparing for their bowl game and that’s the way it’s suppose to be. Everyone came out to the game to cheer on the Tigers and Les Miles on senior night and the LSU Football Team did not disappoint as they dominated the game.

Coach Miles is very excited about the win over Texas AM as he is carried over to the LSU Student Section
Desmond Howard and Tim Tebow weigh in on the LSU Coach Miles discussion.
ESPN Analyst Desmond Howard had a say on Coach Miles at LSU, “He’s not coaching for his job,” Howard said. “He’s going to be the coach in 2016. I think this is actually to try and set him up and put him on the hot seat for 2016 so you try to get those rumors and things of that nature going right now. I think that he’s OK.”
SEC Nation’s Tim Tebow faced Miles on several occasions when he was the quarterback at Florida. He said firing Miles could haunt LSU down the road.
“They were No. 2 in the country two weeks ago,” Tebow said. “To have people out there saying they need to get rid of Les Miles, guess what if they do, he’s going to go to a rival school, and he’s going to win there and probably go back and beat you… People need to stop worrying about instant gratification.”
LSU could be known for as the University that lets go coaches to other rivals and the coaches comeback and beat them pretty good.
LSU Coach Miles Press lucheon, and tweets and comments of LSU players and former players, and commentators.
Being at the Coach Miles luncheon yesterday things got heated pretty quick. Coach Miles took the podium and told the press he would only answer questions gearing towards the up and coming football game with Texas AM, and related football questions about Ole Miss. Well, the first 7 questions would you know would be about the conditions of his job, man I tell you even reporters and journalists don’t listen….LOL. The man said he would only field questions about football, if you go listen to the first video it details all the questions.
There have been quite a few interviews already about Coach Miles, from former players and players who never played for Coach Miles.
“Coach Miles is our guy,” guard Will Clapp said, “We love him.”
“He’s our coach,” wide receiver Malachi Dupre said, We stand behind him.”
Paying $15 million to fire Les Miles would be insane and could backfire on LSU. Jon Solomon @JonSolomonCBS
Brandon Sprague, @BrandonSprague
110-32 in 11 seasons, the number 1 recruiting class in 2016 and LSU wants Les Miles gone? Go home Louisiana State, you’re drunk.
PriceAtkinson @PriceAtkinson
If you would’ve bet me a month ago that Mark Richt would survive and Les Miles would be out…I’d be a broke man right now. #LSU #Dawgs
Danny Kanell @dannykanell
It will never cease to amaze me how fickle fan bases are. A month ago LSU was #2 and Les Miles was a genius for a fake FG vs UF. Smh.
Dick Vitale ✔ @DickieV
A joke LES MILES can flat out coach / a couple of L’s & all of sudden he can’t coach / RIDICULOUS @LSUfball http://www.thescore.com/ncaaf/news/890400 …
Felipe Franks top prospect for LSU just decommitment to LSU saying he has given the process alot of thought
and it is only best for me to make my decomminment public, now Florida is in the drivers seat accourding to a ESPN Report. LSU had the no.1 recruiting class coming in for next year but they will drop now.
Hester went on The Paul Finebaum Show Monday to give his opinion on the rumors that Miles was going to get fired. He told Finebaum that although the last two years haven’t been great, Miles’ track record speaks for itself.
“I’m still a little baffled at the whole situation,” Hester said. “I know the last two years haven’t really gone like LSU fans or anybody associated with the program has really wanted. But I think 102 (110)-32 record in the toughest division and conference in football, it kind of speaks for itself.”
Hester may have summed up LSU’s biggest problem when deciding whether to part ways with Miles. Fans and insiders may not enjoy how things are going right now, but the grass might not be greener on the other side.
“If you find a better man for the job, I don’t know his name right now,” Hester said.
Ole Miss beats LSU 38-17 in Oxford,Ms
Well, LSU Fans a discouraging loss indeed to our arch rivals the Ole Miss Rebels 38-17. Ole Miss started out for the get go when they jumped on top of LSU 24-0, the penalties plague the tigers during the game. The refs called some bad calls from the start, especially when Fournette scamper down the field for a big gain, and a ref throws a flag on a LSU lineman blocking a cb about 7 yards off the line of scrimmage. LSU tried to come back as they pulled within 24-17, but the defense could not stop Ole Miss Chad Kelly as Ole Miss went off and scored 3 more touchdowns to put the game out of reach 38-17.
Well, LSU has alot more than a Ole Miss loss to figure out, too many reports and rumors from the media about Les Miles coaching future at LSU. LSU has 2 games coming up, and it seems like the focus for this team is to win those two games vs Texas AM, and a Bowl Trip late December.
LSU Tigers prepares for Ole Miss with the media swirling rumors.
LSU plays Ole Miss today as they travel down to Oxford,Ms. The game will be played at 2:30pm on CBS as LSU try’s to overcome a 2 game losing streak, taking on their arch rivals. LSU will need to run the ball but mostly pass the ball if it gets into a shootout like the last game Ole Miss played against Arkansas and lost at home in OT, 53-52, a close game that was indeed. Coach Miles has been on the hot seat this week mostly with the media of Baton Rouge, and I wonder how does that work, how can the media put a coach on the hot seat, I thought it was the University who does that. I guess not in Baton Rouge. I remember back in the day they used to put Charlie Mac on the hot seat all the time because he couldn’t beat Alabama, and that’s been Miles is problem as well. Well, if the media and everyone has notice Alabama has been pretty good the last 6 years and you better get in line if you want to beat Alabama. Alabama has been very successful with Saban at the helms. I think LSU will have to throw to the tight ends today and the wideouts to get some momentum going, and open up their running game as well, perhaps let LSU qb Harris do some bootlegs, and throw some passes to Fournette out of the backfield. The defense will have to contain Ole Miss Chad Kelly who has had a really good season so far with 3,200 passing yards, and 23 tds, with a 65 percent percentage. LSU secondary has their work cut out for them, if they don’t contain Chad Kelly then it might be a long day in Oxford. I have a feeling LSU will bounce back and win a close one in Oxford, 24-21.
Les Miles winningest coach in LSU Football
LSU Coach Les Miles is the winningest coach in LSU Football History, and has some really good recruiting classes coming in the next 2 years. Coach Miles will be coach of the Tigers for a while, this chit chatter about Baton Rouge and New Orleans Sportswriters saying he is playing for his job the next 2 games is nonsense. Even if they went out and got another coach who would you bring in….. Who? I know a professor at LSU who keeps saying Gruden is coming we need Gruden, but Chuckle likes his job with Monday Night Football, so that’s not happening.
A outside source from the Advocate and ESPN thinks FSU Jimbo Fisher is gonna get offered the LSU Coaching Job, saying it is a hit or miss lead.
Coach Miles will be here for a long time to come, and says his relationship with LSU AD Joe Alleva is going well and they have a good relationship. Best of luck to Coach Miles and LSU the next two games as they face Ole Miss on the road, and Texas AM comes in to close out the season in Tiger Stadium.
LSU losses to Arkansas, in Tiger Stadium since 2007 in dramatic fashion 31-14
Well football fans LSU had tough loss saturday night as Arkansas march in and handed LSU one of the worst loss in the history of LSU Football. I been to Tiger Stadium and witness some games but LSU has never took a beating like this. Arkansas started out testing the LSU secondary, Brandon Allen threw a 52-yard TD throw to Dominique Reed to start the game and when that happen so quick as Reed a slant route into a scamper down the sidelines, LSU Fans knew something was not right after that play. The very next possession when Arkansas got the ball back rb Alex Collins ran right up the middle untouch for 80 yards for the next touchdown. Alex Collins added a 5 yard run to make it 21-0 as the LSU Fans were amazed. LSU started to make a comeback as Malachi Dupre caught a deflected pass in the end as Dural deflected in the back of the endzone for LSU 1st score to make it 21-7. Leonard Fournette started running wild as he got LSU inside the 10 yard line and added a 2 yard touchdown to make the difference 21-14, but Arkansas added a a field goal to make it 24-14. As a LSU fan watching the game you think LSU was making a comeback but Jared Cornelius added a 69-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter that sent much of the Tiger Stadium crowd to the exits, at the 10:32 mark in the 4th quarter. Collins ran for 141 yards and two touchdowns and Arkansas scored three times on plays longer than 50 yards en route to its fourth straight victory, 31-14 over LSU no.9 on Saturday night. The Arkansas defense knocked down LSU qb Harris as he tried many times to take off running out of the pocket, and get up the field, but the Arkansas defense was very nasty. The LSU Offensive struggled again for it’s 2nd game as they Arkansas Defense hammered LSU qb Harris quite a bit. A tough night indeed for the LSU Tigers as they get ready for the Ole Miss Rebels as they travel 5 hours up the road to Oxford, Mississippi.
LSU Coach Miles says, He takes full responsibility for this loss, he feels like the kids wanted this game and played hard but the score says different.
From the outside world, we’re still probably just a 6-4 football team. But I know where we’re at,” Bielema added. “I know where we’re going. I know the kind of kids we’re going to continue to bring in here. The attitude we’re going to breed. It’s going to be fun.”

Alabama hands LSU, 1st loss of the season 30-16.
Tough day for the LSU Football team, Heisman leading Leonard Fournette gets shut down by the Alabama front 7, but the LSU offensive line did not help the situation. LSU Fournette had to zig zag most of the time in the backfield to keep away from that Alabama front 7 , and they had the saftety’s coming up too to make plays in the back field to cut off Fournette. The LSU passing game from Brandon Harris did really well in the 1st half, but Harris started over throwing receivers that led to his first interception on the season, also he overthrew a open Fournette twice and threw at the wideouts feet. I am sure Harris was feeling some jitters from the big game, I would too, especially with all those fans there, and National Prime Time,, and it was said their were more Tennessee Volunteer Fans there than LSU Fans, I am sure the tickets were alittle pricey. LSU Fournette had 31 yards on the day and 1 touchdown, with 19 carries, it was a night where the Alabama front 7 keyed on Leonard, but he needed alittle help from his O Line which did not stand up to the Alabama front 7. Alabama Derrick Henry had 220 yards and 3 tds, to be the difference of the game for Alabama, the LSU defense could not lock him up, at first they did but Henry broke out for a big game.I think what LSU needs is a neutral field when they play Alabama again, Arizona would be a perfect place. I think a LSU vs Alabama rematch in the championship game in the playoffs would be a perfect fit. If Alabama lost saturday night we would not be talking about a rematch probably between the two best teams in the country. I think what LSU needs is a neutral field when they play Alabama again, Arizona would be a perfect place. Alabama Fans send message to LSU Football team, tasteless and unclassy.
The big day is here, and LSU and Alabama square up, this could be the big day for the winner. The winner of this game goes on to bigger stuff, maybe. Actually if Alabama loses, they are done for the year, a 2 loss SEC Team doesn’t make it to the playoffs, and they still have Miss. State to play, so even if Alabama wins, they have to play the Dak Attack and Miss State next weekend in Starkville,Ms. If Bama loses that game win or lose today they would drop out of the top 10 in a hurry. If LSU wins they set themselves up at a possible no.1 in the nation if they beat Alabama on the road, they would jump Clemson for the no.1 spot. The main goal for Alabama today will be trying to stop Leonard Fournette LSU’s running back who averages 3 or 4 yards before being touch, and averaging 8 yards a carry. It has been raining all day, so the field will play to running the ball that means both teams will probably not throw the ball that much, but QB Brandon Harris will have to throw the ball to keep the Alabama defense honest and not stack the line, also LSU front D line is not so shabby, as they prepare to stop Derrick Henry of Alabama, which will be a big task, it might come down to a punting and kicking game, if that’s the case, Alabama does not have a good kicking game, and LSU punting has been struggling. If it comes down to the last seconds and a field goal, LSU wins the game. I think there will be alot of emotions because a Alabama off campus fraternity house posted some pictures of the Katrina storm, and put a big Alabama A in the middle of Katrina, talking about the Alabama Football team to finish off LSU like Katrina almost did, talk about low-class from the Alabama Fan Base. Down below are 3 pics, one the Alabama Fan Base talking about the Katrina storm, not classy, and then Leonard Fournette response on twitter on the message from the Alabama Fans. This sign is all over social media like a wild-fire. Coach Miles handed each player a packet with the pictures in them last night as bullentin board material. The University of Alabama sent out a tweet to condone this sign, but the damage has already been done. I don’t know if I want to be on the front D line or in the secondary with a upset Fournette running thru with the ball…… they Poke the Bear.

God First, Family, then Football for Leonard Fournette
LSU rb Leonard Fournette has his priorities in order. To be the best running back in College Football and to make a statement to put God first says a lot about this young gentleman. I am glad to be able to cover Fournette on a weekly basis and being a part of the LSU Media. Highlights of the LSU vs Western Kentucky Game, LSU won 48-20
copyrights : LSU TV
The weather was terrible last night at Tiger Stadium but not for the LSU Ofense as they put up 48 points and over 500 hundred total yards.RB Leonard Fournette had 150 yards on 25 carries and 1 td, Brandon Harris threw for 286 yards and 3 tds, wr Travin Dural a big night with 5 catches 132 yards and a score, wr Malachi Dupre seems to find the endzone this season with 3 catches 86 yards and 1 td, even wr Tyron Johnson got in on the scoring 1 catch for 61 yards for a touchdown. Darius Geice had a big run for a touchdown as he scampered down the field on a long run, also rb Williams added a touchdown as well. Wr Dupree said Harris is playing great right now, and appears so after a 55 yard bomb to Dupre for LSU’s 1st touchdown. The defense played really well limiting the Hill Toppers to 20 points, where they been averaging roughly 40 points per game, the Hill Toppers qb Doughty finished with 325 yards of passing with 37 completes and 3 tds, Safety Jamal Adams picked off the Hill Toppers qb for an interception. I am sure the weather had a big factor in the game especially with the Hill Toppers did a side pass flea flicker, the Hill Topper wr caught the ball ran 15 yards down the field, with some LSU db’s approaching and he slip down because of the field. LSU played well to speak of the accommodations on the field and they held a good offensive team to 20 points. Qb Brandon Harris and Leonard Fournette was held back from talking to the media last night after the game, interesting for sure, but it’s good to keep your star players in check, or give them less media time.
LSU takes a week off and gets ready for a Showdown with the Alabama Crimson Tide which will be played on Nov.7th, Alabama has a bye week too. This game will lay out all the playoff implications, and whoever wins this game will go on to the Georgia Dome, and then on to the playoffs, perhaps a stage for a National Title Game to decide the best in the country. Coach Miles is 3-2 at the Denny -Bryant Stadium, the last time LSU won in Alabama was in 2011 where they beat the Tide 9-6. This will be a game for the ages as Leonard Fournette has been waiting for this game for awhile, and I am sure alot of LSU Players have circle this game before the season. I believe Alabama was looking ahead to LSU as they had to come from behind to beat Tennessee on a last drive to go ahead 19-14, Alabama hung on as they sack Dobbs and recover a fumble to seal the game. It should be a hard fought game as these two SEC Giants go head to head Nov.7th.
