The LSU Tigers are in a interesting place as they travel down to Gainesville to take on the gators, as we know the tigers lost to the tigers in Auburn, 41 to 7. It was a game where Brandon Harris got a chance to start and was only able to put up 7 pts with the offense. That was a pretty good Auburn team for sure, and probably not the same one LSU faced last year in Tiger Stadium where LSU rung their bell before Auburn went on a run and made it to the BCS Championship game before losing to Florida State. LSU had some woes on offense and defense against the Auburn Tigers and it was not a pretty site. A very interesting stat the LSU punter Keehn had more yards on punts than the offense 388 yards to 280 yards on total yards. You know the night is not going well when the punter is spending more time in the back field than the running backs. Things don’t get easier this week as they face Florida’s tough defense in the Swamp, even though LSU is favor by 1 point that’s not gonna matter too much. The Gators defense has been the bright spot of Florida’s football team this year. The freshman QB Harris for the gators came into the game to replace Driskel and helped Florida to a win over Tennessee 10-9 and then sunday morning the freshman was excused of a sexual assault towards a student on campus. The gators seem to be dealing with quite a few things with teammates fighting over shoes, throwing punches because someone thought their cleats were stolen. I am sure Muschamp is trying to get the team in order as they face LSU this saturday at 730pm eastern time. I am sure LSU has there own problems to deal with especially the offensive line giving Jennings or Harris time to throw the ball down the field. Interesting thing happen in the second half of the Auburn game Les Miles went ahead and put Jennings back in the game to replace Harris, with 3:38 left in the 3rd quarter and finish out the game for the Tigers. I think overall Jennings played well, even though the Auburn defense was very tough, Jennings did lead the tigers down inside the 5 with not too much time left in the 4th quarter left and the Auburn Defensive coach made it a point and told them don’t let the LSU score, interesting for sure, talk about keeping score, or tabs. I would give the nod to Jennings in the Florida game and I see LSU pulling out a close game in the Swamp.
I remember the time as I spent in Chicago covering Elmhurst College Football, College Football,The Bears and the local high schools,Yorktown High and Downers Grove High. I enjoyed going down to the coffee shops and blogging and uploading videos, I honesty felt like Ferris Bueller for a whole year in the suburbs of Chicago. Downtown Chicago is amazing lots of buildings, scenery, great pizza, and plenty of things to do. Getting a chance to drive my BMW M Roadster was a fun thing to do downtown on a busy day when everyone was at work. I remember I took in a Cubs Game during the Spring 2012, my first Cubs Game. I kept standing up to cheer as the Cubs scored 8 runs on the Brewers, and won 8-0. I had my Save Ferris shirt on, lol, what a fun time, to take in the sun and enjoy a baseball game. As I was walking back to my car, I ran into a family who was walking down the street, and I said did you go to the Cubs game, they said no, we were watching it at a sportsbar and we saw you on tv, and I said in amazement, you saw me on tv, they said yeah, you were the only one wearing that red shirt, standing up cheering; little did I know I was getting put on the big screen and tv land in Chicago during the Chicago Cubs Game. If you get a chance stop by Chicago have a beer, a slice of pizza and attend a Chicago Cubs game.

Here come the Tigers….
The LSU Tigers are rolling through Auburn this weekend, and the question of the hour, who will start for the LSU Football Team on saturday in Alabama.I am sure that’s the biggest question of the week for LSU Coach Les Miles, and basically when asked that same question saturday night after the LSU win over Mew Mexico State 63-7, Coach Miles response about Harris, he contributed to a win, and if he does the things we ask him to do he will play alot. I must say after being at the game and hearing the boos come in as Jennings enter the field in the 1st and 2nd quarter the fans had seen enough. LSU Offense was struggling with a 14-0 lead. Harris was 11 of 14 for 178 yards and three touchdowns — a statistical line that stood in stark contrast to that of Jennings, whose seven series under center comprised arguably his worst night as a Tiger. Jennings completed two of five passes for 11 yards and no TDs while turning the ball over three times on two interceptions and a fumble. Coach Les Miles had high praise for Harris, while adding that Jennings will “have to get better,” but stressed that he expected LSU to need both quarterbacks and declined to answer a question about who he thought should start at Auburn next weekend. I think overall Coach Miles will need one quarterback to take on Auburn, but 2 can help, I am wondering though when LSU falls behind when will he put Harris in the game. I think overall as a follower of SEC Football if Harris plays the rest of the games LSU will have a chance to win a lot of the remaining games. I hope that Jennings snaps out of his slump and plays the way he played against the Badgers which was superb. There you have it Tiger fans until saturday, “Keep your feet on the ground, and keep reaching for the stars.”
