Terrance Magee a big night as LSU beats Kentucky 41-3
If you were present for the LSU vs Kentucky Game saturday night you probably had no idea what the outcome of the game would be at Tiger Stadium. After the 1st quarter LSU went up 21-0 it’s gonna be along night for the kickoff returners for Kentucky. I was talking to a Lady Tiger Basketball player before kickoff, and I told her I think this is gonna be a repeat of the Manziel Texas AM vs LSU Game from last year, actually it was better.
I was amazed to see my prediction turnout more than normal, you could just tell their was something in the air that night for LSU Football in Tiger Stadium. The night was right for a LSU Blowout. I spoke to some Kentucky fans before the game and they were looking for their 1st victory in Tiger Stadium since 1998, and they were pretty positive about beating LSU. Well the LSU Football team had other ideas. Leonard Fournette started things off with a 3 yard plunge into the endzone, and then LSU held Kentucky’s offense and next thing you know it Tre Davious White took off for a 67 yard punt return, the whole Tiger Stadium went mad. If White, Magee and Fournette have big games against Ole Miss, that might be a recipe for victory for the Tigers this saturday for Home Coming and College Game Day coming to Baton Rouge,La.
Magee also scored a couple of touchdowns with 258 all purpose yards, wr Druval hauled in a td catch as well for 32 yards from qb Jennings. LSU qb Jennings managed the game really well, and the defense cam to play as Kentucky tried little screens the whole night. I thought to myself after the 15th screen by Kentucky picking up a few yards, they should throw the ball down the field, Kentucky even tried the Wildcat a few times, imagine that Kentucky running the Wildcat offense which picked up some yardage but no touchdowns.
I know Kentucky had a rough night, but sometimes it’s good to stick what you know, Basketball….. ย and leave the Football to the big boys in the SEC West. I am sure Kentucky hasn’t seen a team like LSU the whole year, yeah they are just one of the many teams in the SEC West. I am sure LSU ย was tired of being talked down too, like the ESPN announcers who predicted Kentucky to beat LSU, and the one of theย analytist from the SEC Network picked the Wildcats as well.
The stage is getting set for one of the biggest rivalries with Ole Miss at no.3 in the nation coming to Tiger Stadium to play the Bayou Bengals, oh and College Game Day is coming, and Macklemore is gonna perform at halftime, and it’s Home Coming. The stars and the planets are lining up, and their is gonna be something special in Tiger Stadium Saturday Night. If I was a betting man I would have to put my money on LSU saturday to pull off the upset, besides Ole Miss, LSU owes you from last year, just the roles are reverse alittle……. ย I am sure Miles and the Tigers love playing the underdog in Tiger Stadium…… ย as the Joker said in Batman, ย ย and here we goooooooo .

Miss State 38 Auburn 23, wins the game in the rain, Dak Prescott a Heisman performance
Mississippi State is Making Believers Out of Everyone
As they are thumping Auburn 38 to 20, it looks like the A&M game all over again but in the rain. It has been raining the whole game for the State vs Auburn Game. Dak Prescott is doing it again with 3 tds on the day, and 350 total yards and there is still 11 minutes in the game. Every time Auburn tries to get back in the game Dak pulls off a 20 to 30 yard scamper. After this game all the doubters will be gone as Miss State will take over the no.1 spot in the Nation, they should leap frog ahead of Florida State for beating no.2 Auburn.
The Noles beat Syracuse but it’s not the same level of competition that the SEC West plays or for that matter the SEC. Like on the Paul Finebaum Show, the best teams are down south Paul…….. ย they are just plain better. I never seen anything like Miss State, it’s like Dak Prescott is a spitting image of Cam Newton, amazing, and you can’t bring him down with one tackler you usually need to or three players.
Arkansas is playing Bama, score 7-6 halftime. Georgia burried Missouri today 34-0, where were the Tigers from Missouri. More updates later.
NCAA Football predictions of the day for week 7
Football fans we got some predictions today, I am sorry we have to end the Mississippi winnings today, I got Ole Miss and Miss State losing today and I got the Hogs beating Alabama. I know those are some big predictions, but Auburn is a very good team and Texas AM playing in front of the home crowd in College Station, Ole Miss does not have a chance. Last weekend was a great weekend for the Mississippi Schools but toto is home and Dorothy is back in Kansas, so lets wake up and smell the coffee. The reason why Alabama will lose today because of that huge offensive line that the Hogs have, the Alabama defense will have to face, not to mention the 2 talented Arkansas running backs coming out of the backfield…. with Collins and Williams coming out of the gates it’s even gonna be hard for Bama defense. I got some stats if Alabama allows the Hogs to rush for 275 yards the game is over, the Hogs will win, that is a done deal, and Bama will join LSU in the losing ranks, speaking of LSU they will win a close game in the Swamp, Muschamp has too much going down there, and he can’t control his players, Muschamp is like a sub teacher trying to control a classroom, in trying to control his team from off the field . I know there is a lot going own with LSU, but this will be one of the games that the Tigers will win. The Georgia vs Missouri game is a toss up but Chubbs will be in the back field for the Georgia Bulldogs., speaking of the Bulldogs they are up 20-0, not a good start for the tigers. Florida State is winning 24-6 over Syracuse but don’t expect much from the Seminoles this year because they are not playing ranked teams and the ACC is soft, even if the Noles make it to the playoffs don’t expect them to repeat because of the soft schedule, another report about Winston surfaces again. There you have it football fans and don’t worry too much about the Pac 12, Oregon showed it’s true colors again, although I liked Oregon in the playoffs, but probably not this year. The year is shaping up quite well, the SEC West is better than most conferences maybe all conferences, I never seen a group of teams in one side of the conference in a conference….. ย enjoy the football today.
LSU makes there way to the Swamp to face the Florida Gators
The LSU Tigers are in a interesting place as they travel down to Gainesville to take on the gators, as we know the tigers lost to the tigers in Auburn, 41 to 7. It was a game where Brandon Harris got a chance to start and was only able to put up 7 pts with the offense. That was a pretty good Auburn team for sure, and probably not the same one LSU faced last year in Tiger Stadium where LSU rung their bell before Auburn went on a run and made it to the BCS Championship game before losing to Florida State. LSU had some woes on offense and defense against the Auburn Tigers and it was not a pretty site. ย A very interesting stat the LSU punter Keehn had more yards on punts than the offense 388 yards to 280 yards on total yards. You know the night is not going well when the punter is spending more time in the back field than the running backs. Things don’t get easier this week as they face Florida’s tough defense in the Swamp, even though LSU is favor by 1 point that’s not gonna matter too much. The Gators defense has been the bright spot of Florida’s football team this year. The freshman QB Harris for the gators came into the game to replace Driskel and helped Florida to a win over Tennessee 10-9 and then sunday morning the freshman was excused of a sexual assault towards a student on campus. The gators seem to be dealing with quite a few things with teammates fighting over shoes, throwing punches because someone thought their cleats were stolen. I am sure Muschamp is trying to get the team in order as they face LSU this saturday at 730pm eastern time. I am sure LSU has there own problems to deal with especially the offensive line giving Jennings or Harris time to throw the ball down the field. Interesting thing happen in the second half of the Auburn game Les Miles went ahead and put Jennings back in the game to replace Harris, with 3:38 left in the 3rd quarter and finish out the game for the Tigers. I think overall Jennings played well, even though the Auburn defense was very tough, Jennings did lead the tigers down inside the 5 with not too much time left in the 4th quarter left and the Auburn Defensive coach made it a point and told them don’t let the LSU score, interesting for sure, talk about keeping score, or tabs. I would give the nod to Jennings in the Florida game and I see LSU pulling out a close game in the Swamp.
Cow Bells are ringing, and Hotty Toddy’s are singing. Ole Miss and Miss State stay undefeated
Well, college football fans Ole Miss Rebels did the unthinkable yesterday, they came back and beat Alabama and the Crimson Tide are wondering what hit them. Bo Wallace threw 2 touchdowns in the 4th quarter to lead the rebels to a come from behind victory, and now are celebrating in Mississippi. Acutally I am sure the whole state of Mississippi is celebrating after ESPN’s own Danny Kanell ย predicted both Mississippi teams to lose and we would be back to normal, well it’s beyond normal of what took place this weekend, and I am sure Kanell is gonna watch what he says next time as a sportsย analyst and perhaps he can do some research on alittle college football before predicting a saturday of football. It’s okay Kanell, the boomer sooners lost, Oregon lost, Texas A&M lost, UCLA lost, and Bama lost, and I am sure you didn’t expect that….. Hotty Toddy. ย Let me give you alittle insight Kanell, this week Auburn Tigers has to go face Dak Prescott and the Miss State Bulldogs, well the Bulldogs will win that game as well. It might come down to the Egg Bowl this year, instead of the Iron Bowl to see who goes to the SEC Title Game, man, that’s a first. HOTTY TODDY
Ferris Bueller’s Day Off – The Edge of Forever (Soundtrack)
I remember the time as I spent in Chicago covering Elmhurst College Football, College Football,The Bears and the local high schools,Yorktown High and Downers Grove High. I enjoyed going down to the coffee shops and blogging and uploading videos, I honesty felt like Ferris Bueller for a whole year in the suburbs of Chicago. Downtown Chicago is amazing lots of buildings, scenery, great pizza, and plenty of things to do. Getting a chance to drive my BMW M Roadster was a fun thing to do downtown on a busy day when everyone was at work. I remember I took in a Cubs Game during the Spring 2012, my first Cubs Game. I kept standing up to cheer as the Cubs scored 8 runs on the Brewers, and won 8-0. I had my Save Ferris shirt on, lol, what a fun time, to take in the sun and enjoy a baseball game. As I was walking back to my car, I ran into a family who was walking down the street, and I said did you go to the Cubs game, they said no, we were watching it at a sportsbar and we saw you on tv, and I said in amazement, you saw me on tv, they said yeah, you were the only one wearing that red shirt, standing up cheering; little did I know I was getting put on the big screen and tv land in Chicago during the Chicago Cubs Game. If you get a chance stop by Chicago have a beer, a slice of pizza and attend a Chicago Cubs game.
LSU 63 New Mexico State 7, who will start on saturday at QB vs Auburn Tigers
The LSU Tigers are rolling through Auburn this weekend, and the question of the hour, who will start for the LSU Football Team on saturday in Alabama.I am sure that’s the biggest question of the week for LSU Coach Les Miles, and basically when asked that same question saturday night after the LSU win over Mew Mexico State 63-7, Coach Miles response about Harris, he contributed to a win, and if he does the things we ask him to do he will play alot. I must say after being at the game and hearing the boos come in as Jennings enter the field in the 1st and 2nd quarter the fans had seen enough. LSU Offense was struggling with a 14-0 lead.ย Harris was 11 of 14 for 178 yards and three touchdowns — a statistical line that stood in stark contrast to that of Jennings, whose seven series under center comprised arguably his worst night as a Tiger. Jennings completed two of five passes for 11 yards and no TDs while turning the ball over three times on two interceptions and a fumble.ย Coach Les Miles had high praise for Harris, while adding that Jennings will “have to get better,” but stressed that he expected LSU to need both quarterbacks and declined to answer a question about who he thought should start at Auburn next weekend. I think overall Coach Miles will need one quarterback to take on Auburn, but 2 can help, I am wondering though when LSU falls behind when will he put Harris in the game. I think overall as a follower of SEC Football if Harris plays the rest of the games LSU will have a chance to win a lot of the remaining games. I hope that Jennings snaps out of his slump and plays the way he played against the Badgers which was superb. There you have it Tiger fans until saturday,ย “Keep your feet on the ground, and keep reaching for the stars.”
Louisiana Native Dak Prescott wins at Tiger Stadium, MSU 34 LSU 29
On a night that seems like the stars were lining up, Shaquille O’Neal was at the game, even Y.A. Title showed up for the LSU vs Mississippi State Game. One thing that was suppose to happen was the LSU Defense only giving up about 2 or 3 yards per carry, was suppose to slow down Louisiana Native Dak Prescott who represent the Bulldogs at QB. It was a long night for the Tiger defense as State racked up over 600 yards on offense. Miss State Dan Mullen did something saturday that was almost a unforgivable as he put his 2nd string in late and the 4th quarter and LSU almost came back and won the game thanks to backup QB Harris and freshman WR Malachi Dupree with 2 touchdowns. LSU tried a onside kick with 1:46 in the game, state recover but had to punt, ย they stopped Miss State and the Dak Prescott offense for one last shot with 20 seconds in the game. If you looked in the North Endzone you could see the Miss State Fans praying and hoping for the clock to run out. LSU was marching down the field as wr Dural caught a 22 yrd pass from Harris, and then Harris gallop 12 yrds and pick up a 1st down on the Miss State 46. There was time for one last play as Harris scrabble and threw the ball down to the goal line, it was picked off as Miss State clinch the victory and the Mississippi State Fans could stop having their prayer group in Tiger Stadium.
I wonder if Brandon Harris had a whole 4th quarter instead of 3:43, what would be the outcome of the game. I guess we can wait til this saturday to find out who will be starting for the Tigers at QB, until then Tiger Fans.
Miss State center Dillon Day gets suspended for stepping on 2 Tigers.
You can see no.63 Dillion Day approaching LSU’s Devon Godchaux.

Mississippi State center Dillon Day got suspended for 1 game as he step on two LSU Players during the game. All Dillon Day has to say is that he is wrongly accused. You can go back and check the photos and video to see if he is wrongly accused, I am surprised SEC Commissioner Mark Slive did not suspend him for the whole year. Being on the sidelines it look like Miss State was trying to bully LSU the whole night. Some good advice to Mullen and his team, play with sportsmanship and let your play take care of itself.
