LSU Tigers dodge a bullet in Houston as they put together 21 unanswered points to knock off Wisconsin 28 to 24. The Tigers were stunned in the 1st half when the Badgers went up 17-7 after Wisconsin Gordon scored on a 14 yard scamper. 3rd qt Wisconsin scored again on a 2 yard run by Clement and LSU was down 24-7, and Les Miles said “We played sloppy, we did everything to the latest possible time before we decided to play best.” “They battled. They hung in there,” Wisconsin coach Gary Andersen said. “I thought both teams fought like crazy. They made one more play than we did and won the game in the end.” LSU wr Dural had big numbers 3 catches, 151 yrds and 1 td, and Hillard gave the Tigers the final touchdown to go along with 115 yards on the ground. Leonard Fournette had a rough outing as well as Brandon Harris. Anthony Jennings played well especially in the 2nd half with 239 in the air and 2 tds. Wr Diarse of LSU had 2 catches for 48 yards and a big td after a catch breaking 4 tackles of the Wisconsin defense. The Badgers offense basically scored in the early 3rd qt and fell asleep the rest of the game as Martin picks off McEvoy of Wisconsin to seal the game, Mills had a interception as well for the Tigers Defense. We have to give alot of credit to Kwon Alexander for stopping the run in the 2 half as he made sure the Badgers were not picking up any yards or big runs. The game ball in my mind would be a tie between QBJennings, wrDural and rbHillard. LSU faces Sam Houston saturday at 630pm for it’d 1st home game. On the record LSU hasn’t lost a non-conference game since 2002.

Leonard Fournette going thru summer practice 2014
As the LSU Tigers get ready for the up and coming 2014 football season Les Miles has alot to smile about with the presence of Fournette on the field. Leonard Fournette a freshmen from New Orleans St Augustine High is a runningback that was the no.1 recruit throughtout the whole nation and decided to attend LSU. Nick Saban tried to get the running back to come to Alabama but he chose LSU over the tide, well I guess Nick missed out on Fournette. With Fournette running for LSU could push them over the hump to win National Championships, in the next 3 years. LSU has a chance to do something amazing this year, with a challenging home game against Wisconsin this saturday coming up in Houston, and then will play 4 games after that with Mississippi State in 4 weeks, but if LSU wins those games could be 5-0 facing Auburn Oct.4th in Alabama. The Tigers of LSU can run the table before facing Alabama in Tiger Stadium. I do enjoy listening to the Paul Finebaum Show on the best SEC Network which cannot be topped by any other network, its not even football season yet and the SEC Network has already hit a homerun….

I am amazed to see how Leonard Fournette plays football, amazing and Daily College Football looks forward to covering LSU Football for the 2nd season in a roll, and look forward to capturing alot of videos on Fournette and the Tigers. I also found out watching this video, Buga Nation means giving and being generous, thats a great slogan for sure, that’s something our world needs today.

LSU Coach Les Miles
Hello LSU Football Fans, the question remains at the QB position, who will start at QB, Anthony Jennings or Brandon Harris. I am sure everyone has already read the post the last 3 days, Harvard and Princeton Scientist have agreed that Louisiana is the happiest place to live in America, of course New York city was in last place, imagine that, but Louisiana the happiest place to live, all 5 cities were in Louisiana, with Baton Rouge siting at no.3, it’s interesting to say the New Orleans was not in the top 5, but that’s okay because the Crescent City always has something to be happy about. As everyone knows Leonard Fournette playing at LSUin the fall, and Coach Les Miles has called Fournette the next Michael Jordan of football, hugh compliment.
As dailycollegefootball.com covers the LSU TIGERS this fall we look forward to seeing what Leonard Fournette will do for the LSU Tigers. Also lets not forget the defense, and a veteran offensive line, and special teams, and Hillard and McGee coming back to lead the charge,as usual we are back to basic LSU Football, run the ball and play great defense….
