DCF was at the LSU Practice today as they prepare for the annual purple and gold game which is this Saturday at 1pm, gates open at 1130 and it’s free admission for the public.

Johnny Manziel, the 2012 Heisman Trophy-winning Texas A&M quarterback and projected first-round pick, participated in a one-on-one film session and on-field workout with Monday Night Football analyst Jon Gruden at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports Complex outside Orlando.
The Manziel special is the first one-hour show dedicated to a quarterback in the QB Camp series; all other previous shows were 30 minutes.

Tiger Woods will miss the Masters,Tiger gave sincere apologies to The Masters, the personel at the Masters, the workers, the vendors, and everyone else included in The Masters, also he included he will not be at the summer golf tournments as well. Tiger Woods will take off three to four months depending on his rehab.

LSU QB Anthony Jennings ready for the annual purple and gold game.

Heading into sophomore season as the only quarterback on the LSU roster with any game experience. Likely starter at the position due to the departure of senior Zach Mettenberger. Saw action in nine games as a true freshman in 2013, which included a start vs. Iowa in the Outback Bowl. Gave a glimpse of possible future by leading LSU to last-minute win over Arkansas in regular-season finale when Mettenberger went down with an injury. Dual threat quarterback who benefitted from graduating high school early and joining the Tigers in January of 2013. Went through spring practice with LSU and ended up holding down the No. 2 quarterback position on the depth chart. Smart player with good instincts. Jennings looks pretty good going through practices and drills in the spring, the annual purple and gold game is approaching which is this saturday april 5th at 1pm.
