Jadeveon Clowney runs a 4.47, 40 yard dash. The average defensive end runs a 4.7, 40 yard dash, so running a 40 yard dash at 4.4 seconds weighing in at 270 lbs is unreal. Clowney is a very fast defensive end so he will be disrupting alot of offenses in the NFL. With Clowney in the game QB’s scrambling could be a thing of the past, because this guy is fast. I believe Clowney will go number 1 in the draft.
Johnny Manziel gets serious about the NFL, ” This is a job now”
Johnny Manziel is off to the NFL, and as he enter the Combine he went thru the backdoor to skip some of the media. Manziel finally spoke to the Media and discussed this is a job, there are guys families, coaches families, and all kinds of things on the line. The Hollywood type Johnny Football seems to taking a different tone. Manziel has become good friends with Tom Brady and I think in general that’s a good start, Brady will be a good mentor for Manziel, and we should see a more serious player on the field.
Jeremy Hill enters the NFL Scouting Combine

Jeremy Hill is off to the NFL, first up is the NFL Scouting Combine which Hill said he will be open and honest. Whatever comes after that comes after. Honesty is usually the best policy. I stopped by the Perkins Rowe Starbucks today and ran into a criminal defense lawyer and he said when Hill got probation that was well deserved, the lawyer was actually a Arkansas Razorback fan and we had a good chat about the last Arkansas vs LSU game, and we talked about the 2007 Arkansas vs LSU game as well. I think LSU Fans still owe Pitt a thankful hello as they knocked off West Virginia so LSU could go face Ohio State and the Tigers blew them out.NFL Experts are saying Hill will go 3rd of 4th round, Hill had 1,400 yrds of rushing and scored 16 touchdowns in 2013 those are very good numbers for any NFL Team. I am sure there are plenty of NFL Teams that coulkd use Hill’s production because alot of teams in the NFL do not have production from their backs. I could think of a few teams with good production,Peterson, Lynch, McCoy, Lacy, Forte, Gore and Charles. The rest of the NFL Backs did not really have a productive season, so Jeremy Hill can jump right in there. The New England patriots can always use an extra power back in their offense. As the draft nears lets wait and see where Jeremy Hill ends up,and perhaps Cowboys could use an extra back to give DeMarco Murray some competition.
LSU Football lands the two top players in the country, Fournette and Dupre
LSU Football had the 2nd best recruiting class in 2014, Malachi Dupre elected to stay in-state and play for LSU. A 6-foot-2 burner, Dupre was ranked the No. 2 wideout in the country by the 247 Sports composite and The Seminoles had made a late push, but Dupre’s decision instead gives the Tigers one of the top two players in the country at both receiver and tailback thanks to No. 1 overall player Leonard Fournette.

LSU Tigers beats Kentucky 87 to 82, but the game was not that close.
BATON ROUGE,La Johnny O’Bryant III, the junior forward will be remembered at LSU for leading the Tigers to an upset of No. 11 Kentucky. O’Bryant scored 29 points and grabbed nine rebounds, and LSU surprisingly led wire-to-wire in an 87-82 victory Tuesday night.
The 6-foot-9, 256-pound O’Bryant said. “I knew that they were young guys and I had an advantage in experience and body-wise. I was going at them all night.”
Jordan Mickey scored 14 points and blocked five shots for LSU (13-6, 4-3 SEC), which put on a show for an estimated 6,000-plus fans who made it to the Pete Maravich Assembly Center. LSU blocked 11 shots and helped force 13 Kentucky turnovers.
“We needed this game really bad,” Mickey said. “Our crowd was great to come out in this type of weather. They brought a lot of energy to the team.” Shavon Coleman added 14 points for the Tigers, who outshot the Wildcats 51 percent.
James Young scored 23 points and Dakari Johnson had 15 for Kentucky (15-5, 5-2), which has seen all five of its losses come away from home, including two straight road losses in the Southeastern Conference.
Although Kentucky’s flight back to Lexington wasn’t scheduled until Wednesday, coach John Calipari couldn’t get out of the arena fast enough. Barely 15 minutes after the game ended, he had already answered a few questions from reporters and hustled his team onto the bus.
“When the other team outworks you, this is what it looks like,” Calipari said. “It was amazing we were in the game. We got down 16; it could have been 30.
According to the ESPN announcers it was very surprisingly as they talk about a Kentucky comeback the whole night. A little word of advice to ESPN announcers don’t root for the away team against LSU, for that matter don’t root for any away team on national ESPN…. Talk about some nerve to talk about Kentucky the whole game and how they are gonna comeback…..lol, nice comeback announcers.
