The Fighting Irish getting ready for Alabama Crimson Tide.I remember this past April I visited the Notre Dame Campus,I think my visit was there was out of the blue,but if the Irish beat Alabama in Miami,what a story that will make.The Irish had 3 come from behind victories over Stanford,BYU,and Pittsburgh what a season it has been for the Fighting Irish and there is more to come.Gunner Kiel is sitting on the bench waiting his turn at QB,a great future that holds for the Irish in college football.

I must say in my years of covering and watching football I will be surprised if Johnny Football doesn’t win the Heisman. Manti Te’o and Calvin Klein had great seasons with both players in BCS Bowls,Klein in A BCS Bowl,the Fiesta Bowl,and Manti Te’o in the BCS Championship Game. Johnny Football has taken over Aggie Land and swept across America and especially after the win over Alabama 29 to 24. Alabama has a chance to go on and win the National Championship again,having said that if Alabama does beat Notre Dame, there is only one team that beat them this year and that would be the Aggies and Heisman hopeful Johnny Football.

America awaits Notre Dame vs Alabama in the BCS Title Game, what a wait. Xmas and New Years is right around the corner and that’s in the next 20 days to 25 days and then we have another 8 days after the 1st of the New Years.I am amaze as a football fan we have to wait in expectations until game time. It’s really interesting to see ESPN broadcasting these two teams, well the coaches in the spotlight. Well it’s clear that Kelly is a bigger fellow than Saban, I wonder if that will be the case on the field. I know for sure that Notre Dame is pretty big upfront with their offensive line and the tight ends, I guess we will have to wait and see. If Notre Dame beats Alabama that will be a big victory for the Irish,to come from no where and to go undefeated in the regular season, and to beat Stanford,Oklahoma and to beat Alabama in the southeast of the country, wow that would be big news for the whole year.I am a LSU Fan and will always be a fan of the Tigers,if Notre Dame wins the whole country will explode. Bring on the Playoffs……

Jovan Belcher Chiefs kills himself at team facility after killing girlfriend of the Kansas City
It’s a very sad day in football land as a the Starting Chiefs Linebacker Jovan Belcher shot and killed his girlfriend and then took his own life in front of the coach and General Manager of the Kansas City Chiefs, what a tragedy. The couple was survived by their 3 month old daughter.
Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher kills girlfriend, takes own life Kansas City linebacker Jovan Belcher shot and killed his 22-year-old girlfriend, Kasandra Perkins, then drove to the Chiefs’ facilities at Arrowhead Stadium and took his own life in front of some team employees, including coach Romeo Crennel and general manager Scott Pioli, on Saturday morning.
Police told the Kansas City Star that Belcher, 25, and Perkins got into an argument at approximately 7:00 a.m. Saturday at a residence in nearby Independence, Mo. Belcher shot Perkins multiple times. She was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead there. The couple had a 3-month-old daughter, who is currently safe in the care of a relative.
Members of the Chiefs’ staff tried to stop Belcher from committing any other acts of violence before the player turned a gun on himself. The team’s practice facility was evacuated and put on police lockdown.
The Chiefs were scheduled to host the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, and the team has announced on its official site that the game will proceed as scheduled.
Belcher was a 25-year-old native of West Babylon, N.Y., on Long Island, who played college ball at Maine. He signed with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent, made the team and stayed with it for four years, moving into the starting lineup. He’d played in all 11 games this season.

Social Networking is a great tool….
Hey football fans out there I just want to say on a social level always open your mouth and talk you never know who you might meet. I was interviewing for a job a few months ago, and my friends know I always have interviews to go to. Basically the interview was about hiring a group of sales people to get past the gate-keeper, or known as the watch dog,basically to get pass them to get to the owners.I was sitting in Starbucks today in Lombard Illinois,I struck up a conversation with some nice folks from Toronto and they were owners of a Chocolate Factory amazing,actually I introduce them to my website told them how much traffic I was getting and we exchanged cards.Friends, always have business cards with you, and the owner said I will be in touch,they are gonna launch a candy bar here in the states.So it doesn’t hurt to open up your mouth and say a few words you never know who you might meet, we always have to network and be open to whoever we might meet.

Nick Saban had something to say about the SEC Title Game,”It’s not really a great scenario,” Saban said. “You play your way into the (SEC) championship game, which means you’re the best team in your division. … It doesn’t seem quite right, but it is what it is. I don’t really know what me commenting about it is going to do to change it. But I don’t feel good about it.”
