SEC Football Media Day 2012

Kevin Sumlin and the Aggies are gonna get a nice welcome to the SEC this year. Texas Am has a chance to win 8 games this season. The Aggies do have Arkansas and LSU at home, also they play Alabama,Auburn and Ole Miss on the road. The Aggies could easliy lose 5 games this year. Sumlin was 13 -1 with Houston last season but that is a totally different conference than the SEC. This will be the 1st Texas team in the SEC. I remember back in the 80’s when I would go to LSU Games as a student, the Aggies were very dominant back then as they came in and beat LSU on a regular basis. How times have changed.

Missouri has a tough schedule, Georgia in the 1st 2 weeks, Alabama, and Arizona State at home, on the road South Carolina, Tennessee,Florida and Texas A&M on the road.

Nick Saban talks about there up and coming season, a concern that came up there is not a back-up quarterback for AJ McCarron, so that will be a concern for Saban this year. I am surprise of this situation because if McCarron gets knocked out of the game or injured Alabama will have to hang up the cleats for the year. The players for the different Universities are treated like rock stars, and are showcased on media day, they are the bread and butter of the Universities.

LSU Offers Scholarship To 8th Grader

LSU gives 8th grader Dylan Moses a scholarship offer. Well, it does give someone hope and a future, this kid is 6ft 205, age 14, and runs a 4/4 in the forty, and has a 34 vertical leap, and 9ft broad jump. LSU looks pretty good for the future.

LSU Staff clocked him at 4.45 secs

If Dylan Moses always wanted to go to LSU and play football, well let’em. That young man is fast, 14 years of age at a 4.45 and he has 4 years to develop into a better runner and football player. The sky is the limit for this young athlete, he is fast.
